Asterism is a solo journaling TTRPG I wrote and illustrated for my Senior Thesis project at MIAD. Drawing inspiration from Good Luck Press's Belluae and Venatores, Asterism has seven stages-- each called a Day-- where you select writing prompts by drawing tarot cards and then respond to them in the form of written reflection. Hello! I'm fullmoonfig, but you can call me Fig! I'm a fantasy illustrator, riso printmaker, and comic artist from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.I graduated from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design with a BFA in Illustration in 2026. Growing up playing tabletop roleplaying games like Dungeons & Dragons and Monster of the Week instilled a deep love of the fantasy genre within me, and that shines through in everything I create. In my artwork, I especially enjoy intersecting classic fantasy tropes with modern aesthetics.My work has appeared in MIAD’s “Don’t Call Me Junior!” Exhibition, along with currently being housed in UWM’s Special Collections Library.When I’m not drawing, I’m likely playing Pokemon, watching werewolf movies, or building my next Pathfinder character.
